Age Group Changes
Going into the 2026/27 season the leagues will be changing from birth year to school year, so please take a moment to look at the new age matrix below to ensure you register your player for the correct group!
11v11 Age Groups
U19: Born Aug 1, 2007 – July 31, 2009
U17: Born Aug 1, 2009 – July 31, 2010
U16: Born Aug 1, 2010 – July 31, 2011
U15: Born Aug 1, 2011 – July 31, 2012
U14: Born Aug 1, 2012 – July 31, 2013
U13: Born Aug 1, 2013 – July 31, 2014
9v9 & 7v7 Age Group
U12: Born Aug 1, 2014 – July 31, 2015
U-11: Born Aug 1, 2015 – July 31, 2016
U-10: Born Aug 1, 2016 – July 31, 2017
U9: Born Aug 1, 2017 – July 31, 2018
U8: Born Aug 1, 2018 – July 31, 2019
U7: Born Aug 1, 2019 – July 31, 2020
U6: Born Aug 1, 2020 – July 31, 2021
*The Open Tryout Window is the period when any player, regardless of Club affiliation, may tryout with any Club without requiring permission from their current Club DOC. The NorCal Tryout Window applies to all teams within all NorCal member Clubs.
