About MLS Go MLS GO is Major League Soccer’s youth recreational program, delivering an inclusive, high-quality soccer experience for kids 4-14. MLS GO can work seamlessly with existing programs (think: parks and rec, youth soccer, etc.) or can be launched from scratch. Participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable environment where fundamental skills are taught with a focus on fun and safety. Each player receives MLS team-branded uniforms, access to a well-structured program, and exclusive experiences.
